Joseph Wong is currently the Founder and Principal Trainer of his training firm TrainingGearAsia, as well as holding Directorship for Training and Programmes for Project:Senso Limited - a high-impact non-profits organization for entrepreneurs, where he played a pivotal role in spearheading the organization to a social enterprise model when he was the Chief Event by pioneering the direction towards a niche events management. He prided himself as a crusader for pioneering new ideas and putting thoughts into action, a dynamic individual with a heart for personal development.

To-date, Joseph had trained more than a thousand sales professionals in the areas of sales, products training, team-building interventions and NLP Performance Coaching. He specializes in creating niche programs like the EntrepreneursBootCamp (EBC), Career Hunting with an Entrepreneurial Attitude (CREATE), TeamBuilder and Social Enterprise Training programs. He was also invited to speak in Ngee Ann and Singapore Polytechnic as the practical subject matter expert in his program - CREATE.

Joseph is a certified Master Neuro Linguistic Program (MNLP) practitioner, a certified Personal Value Profiling (PVP) C-Vat practitioner. He also earned his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Accredited Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP) while he was within the financial arena prior to his venture.

Joseph had spent a considerable months under the wing of the United Nations in their Peace-Keeping Program - United Nations Mission of Support in East Timor (UNMISET), by being actively involved in their peace-keeping mission through a rigorous and stringent selection process.

Joseph believes in placing people first, constantly looking to value-add to his counter-parts, and maintaining a consistent creativity to his training program to challenge oneself to the next level in an unconventional ways. He greatly utilized and integrates his prior business experiences into experiential learning within his program, creating niche curriculum that allows him a competitive advantage in his field.

Affectionately known as Abang Abu, is the founder and CEO of Now Asia. He has a deep commitment towards young people's success in entrepreneurship and financial intelligence.

Abu is head of the Young Entrepreneurs Club, Vice-President of Young Entrepreneurs Network (YEN) of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Abu is a qualified toastmaster and was a past president of one of the local toastmasters club. He has been a speaker in numerous business as well as community-based events and has been featured regularly in the local media (Berita Harian, New Paper, Oli and Warna). He also contributes to a regular column in Berita Harian (Belia & Bisnes bersama Abang Abu).

His experience includes starting 6 businesses which included retail, F&B, and money-changing. As an investor, he currently owns a number of properties and has been trading in the stock market since a tender age of 19. Abu was a winner of the SOE 2005 Award (Spirit of Enterprise) which recognizes individuals for their outstanding entrepreneurial quest.

Daniel Tang is Exceptional’s IT and Project Manager and is in charge of most of the technological work that happens at the company. Daniel has been the chief architect of for Exceptional, planning and developing the system on which the firm leverages greatly on to bring innovative products and services to our customers and end users. Daniel focuses on making sure that our IT continues to be the cutting edge and ensuring that we maintain the high level of system reliability expected by out customers.

Apart from his work with Exceptional, Daniel has also held the role of IT Chief Consultant and Project Leader for the Asian World CyberGames for several years. In another role as a research engineer with NUS, he regularly submits papers to journal and conferences, specializing the fields of Data Schema Matching, Machine Learning and Web Services.

Daniel graduated from NUS with a Degree in Computing (IT Focus) and is currently pursuing his Masters in Computing. Previously, he did his diploma in Business Informatics with Nanyang Polytechnic.

Nicholas is a Singapore serial entrepreneur turned venture capitalist. Having formed his first technology startup in 1996 shortly after his GCE O Levels, Nicholas is now the Managing Director of Fredrik Marine and Executive Director of Azione Capital. He is also the co-founder of Project:Senso Ltd, a non-profit entrepreneur volunteer organization that encourages entrepreneurs in contributing back to society of their value creation skills, personal connections and wealth to enable budding entrepreneurs and social enterprises to better serve the community by empowering them with the spirit of enterprise. Nicholas is a Ngee Ann Polytechnic graduate holding a Diploma in Film, Sound and Video, year 2000 batch and have never been through university.

Thorben Linneberg (CEO and Founder), originally from Denmark and now a Singapore Permanent Resident, is an experienced Multi-National-Company Country Manager, as well as a sophisticated serial Technology Entrepreneur with 15 years experience in the Mobile and Internet industry in Asia Pacific, Europe and the US.
